**VOUS ADOREZ**:

- Maintenir des registres des comptes payables, vérifier et émettre le paiement pour les factures et effectuerle classement des documents;
- Responsable de coder et vérifier les factures de fournisseurs, état des cartes de crédit des employés selonles procédures, ainsi que les bons de commandes s’y rattachant afin de s’assurer que les normes del’entreprise sont respectées;
- Entrer au système informatique régulièrement toutes les factures et documents afin que les registresreflètent la situation financière avec exactitude, et de s’assurer que les registres auxiliaires balancent;
- Responsable d’émettre les chèques pour tous les achats et factures de fournisseurs selon les termes, bonsde commande, afin d’être en mesure de prendre les escomptes selon les termes, et s’assurer del’exactitude des montants réclamés par différents fournisseurs;
- Responsable de la fermeture du mois des comptes payables, de classer les rapports mensuels et de faire parvenir les informations aux différentes personnes dans l’entreprise;
- Responsable du classement selon la méthode établie des différents documents des comptes payables, des filières et des dossiers d’informations sur les fournisseurs;
- Responsable de l’ouverture des comptes fournisseurs au système informatique, de remplir et envoyer les formules de demandes de différents fournisseurs;
- Maintenir des listes de contrôle pour les comptes à payer qui seront vérifié mensuellement;
- Autres tâches connexe.

**VOUS POSSÉDEZ**:

- DEP ou niveau collégial en comptabilité;
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais);
- Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste au compte payable au sein d’un département de comptabilité;
- Connaissances approfondies du tableur EXCEL;
- Rigueur, minutie, autonomie et sens de l’analyse sont des traits de personnalité recherchés
