Your New Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Access Administrator to join our Cyber Security Team in Brampton. The Access Administrator will be responsible for managing user access to various systems and applications, ensuring compliance with security policies, and maintaining the integrity of our access control processes. Experience with tools like Splunk and Cortex is essential for this role.


Responsibilities


  • User Access Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts and access permissions in accordance with company policies.
  • Access Control: Monitor and enforce access control policies to ensure only authorized users have access to sensitive information.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve access-related issues and provide support to users experiencing access problems. Anti -Virus EDR tools also.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of access permissions, changes, and audit results.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize tools like Splunk and Cortex to monitor, analyze, and manage access control systems effectively. Phishing tools are also a plus


What You’ll Need to Succeed


  • Education: Certification in a Cyber domain
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in access management or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in access management tools and systems (e.g., Active Directory, IAM solutions). Experience with Splunk and Cortex is required and any other tooling systems
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of access control principles, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigative nature.
