Role Description
  1. Maintain tenant information in Tango Lease Administration System, run reports as required.
  2. Collect monthly rent from tenants, track payments, make necessary adjustments in Tango and coordinate with Finance group to allocate payments.
  3. Manage the rent rolls to ensure all tenant rents are current and paid up to date, monitor aging reports and collect all outstanding rents.
  4. Work with tenants and finance to get all rents paid through EFT or PAD.
  5. Address all operational issues that may arise between Store Operations and our 3rd Party In-Store tenants.
  6. Manage the terms of the license agreement, renewals/extensions and terminations with existing In-Store 3rd Party Tenants, working closely with store planning, store operations and legal to negotiate terminations, relocation options, rent increases and rent reductions where required.
  7. Assist with the execution of In-store Business projects during store construction or renovation phase from executed document to store opening, including working with a project manager, monitoring architect drawings, project timelines, budgets and tenant requirements as well as scheduling on-site visits with licensees and internal/external construction groups.
  8. Work with store planning, store décor and the 3rd party tenant to determine permitted signage for new and existing tenants.
  9. Track vacancies and prepare quarterly vacancy reports.
Role Requirements
  1. Post secondary education or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at any given time.
  4. Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  6. Must be willing to travel when required.
  7. Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Bilingual in French is not required, but would be an asset to the role.
  10. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
