Our Calgary based global client requires an ARIBA experienced senior process analyst for this Advisor, Procurement Systems Source to Contract role. As part of the Procurement Systems and Governance Team, the Advisor role will be responsible for support across the procurement systems for Source to Pay functions.

Location: Calgary AB / Hybrid (Onsite & remote - if not Calgary based, some travel will be required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Ariba Upstream (Contract and Guided Sourcing modules) Procurement System Support tickets for end-user support on execution of Sourcing and/or Contract projects as well as creating and executing reports.
- Perform and support User Acceptance Test (UAT) in Ariba when enhancements, changes or fixes are being considered for Contracts and Sourcing including Creation of Sourcing Project, RFX document, evaluation, award, Sourcing Reports as well as Contract Workspace creation, amendments and reports.
- Draft UAT Test scripts and document UAT test results.
- Support development of workshop, presentation documentation for PS&G projects.
- Support activities related to Contract and Guided Sourcing projects data clean-up in the system.
- Develop training and reference guides for Ariba Guided Sourcing and Contract modules and include all steps required to complete transactions in the system.
- Maintain and update training and reference guides (as required and annually) for Ariba Guided Sourcing and Contract modules to validate materials are accurate and reflect the current work process and system capabilities.
- Support developing training materials for Ariba Contracts and Guided Sourcing as required.
- Facilitate in person and virtual training sessions for users (new and existing) for Ariba Contract and Guided Sourcing as required.
- Develop document templates for Guided Sourcing and Contracting processes, working in collaboration with Business SMEs.
- Support development of standards, processes and procedures across Source to Pay functions.
- Support all sustaining functions of Ariba Upstream as required.
- Support refining of Ariba processes for Source to Pay functions.
- Other responsibilities as required by Sr Manager of Source to Contract and Senior team members.
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
