Client Relationship Manager(Sales)

Kisha Global Group is a holding company that comprises three subsidiaries offering specialized services in Canadian immigration, education consulting, and post-arrival settlement. Our services range from personality assessment to visa processing, providing applicants with all the practical and legal assistance they need to establish themselves in Canada.
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, managing and resolving conflicts, conducting follow-up calls, and identifying opportunities to upsell services.
Other responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to attract new clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Handle sales objections and close sales deals
- Providing clients with accurate and timely information on our services, policies, and processes
- Ensuring client satisfaction through quality assurance and control measures
- Handling complaints and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
- Communicating with clients via text, chats, email and calls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, account management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in telemarketing, cold-calling and getting new clients into the pipeline
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Customer service orientation, with experience in sales
- Aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of immigration, education, or settlement services is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field
- Experience in sales, account management, or related fields is preferred
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships, preferably in immigration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accountability and integrity.
