Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Supervisor for Guest Experience & Administration located in Brampton, ON at Destawed. The role involves overseeing and enhancing the guest experience, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis.


Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proven experience in guest relations or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience in roles requiring coordination and collaboration with various teams
  • Knowledge of event planning or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Experience in management role (hospitality, retail, or any industry) a requirement.
