TFS currently has an exciting full-time permanent opportunity as the Regional Manager reporting to the VP of Dealer Services in the Dealer Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, ensuring corporate targets are met, managing field team, and building strong relationships with Toyota, Lexus and Private Label Dealers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and coach team of Dealer Relations Managers in either Ontario, Western Canada or Quebec/Atlantic regions.
  • Develop strategies to provide exceptional service to Dealer and Private label Partners, and improve performance as measured by the Dealer Satisfaction Survey.
  • Enhance TFS visibility across regions through effective dealer communications, regular dealer contacts and dealer meetings.
  • Focus on increasing TFS lease & loan penetration, overall market share and contract volume for both new & used.
  • Increase sales & market share of TFS F&I protection plans and programs.
  • Manage dealer wholesale and mortgage portfolio and develop new business opportunities.
  • Take a leadership and active role in all training initiatives that support the Dealer Relations Managers and our dealer network.
  • Manage, engage, and develop team members and future leaders.
  • Partner with senior leaders to support corporate initiatives, inclusive of leading strategic projects and take an active role on executing these initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
  • 10 plus years’ experience in automotive finance or related industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and management skills, including experience managing a remote team across multiple provinces.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to enhance and improve dealer satisfaction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates strong learning agility, team building skills and acts as a change agent.
  • Experience using business data and analytics to gather insights to develop action plans to increase TFS penetration, F&I protection plans and services and drive business improvement.
  • Demonstrates decisive insight, understands problems, and recognizes connections to develop solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong project management skills required to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple initiatives, on a concurrent basis.
  • Demonstrates effective business acumen, critical thinking and financial analysis skills. Understands the financial impact of decisions on the organization.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams), Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Flexibility for extended overnight and local travel required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Diriger et former une équipe de Directeurs, relations avec les concessionnaires, soit en Ontario, à l’ouest du Canada ou les régions du Québec et de l’Atlantique
  • .Élaborer des stratégies pour fournir un service exceptionnel aux partenaires concessionnaires et de marques privées, et améliorer les performances telles que mesurées par le sondage sur la satisfaction des concessionnaires.
  • Améliorer la visibilité de TSF dans les régions grâce à une communication efficace avec les concessionnaires, à des contacts réguliers avec les concessionnaires et à des réunions avec ces derniers.
  • Se concentrer sur l’augmentation de la pénétration des prêts TSF, de la part de marché globale et du volume de contrats pour les véhicules neufs et d’occasion.
  • Augmenter les ventes et la part de marché des plans et programmes de protection du Bureau commercial de TSF.
