Qualifications We’re Seeking

  • Education: Minimum of a Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on IC design.
  • Experience: 3+ years of design experience, including knowledge of CTLE, DFE, ADC, DAC, oscillators, PLLs, and more.
  • SerDes/High-Speed Expertise: If you’ve tackled a SerDes or high-speed circuit design (>10GS/s), that’s a significant asset.
  • Silicon Proven: Multiple silicon designs taped out with measured results? You’re our kind of engineer.
  • SOI or FinFet Know-How: Experience in SOI or FinFet process nodes? Even better.
  • Coding Skills: Comfortable with scripting, programming, and tools like Matlab/Simulink and Python.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication, presentation skills, and a strong team player.
  • Location: Strong preference for those eligible to work within Canada.
