We are currently seeking a qualified Non Prime Finance Director to join our growing Business. To manage a Growing Team or Build Your Team

This position comes with an industry leading pay plan, demo or vehicle allowance, bonus pay structure, performance trips and many other perks

Responsibilities:

- Grow and develop a team of non-prime finance managers.

- Respond to incoming leads within dealer specified time frame.

- Collect all information required to submit application to banks.

- Work with managers to select vehicle for customer based on needs and bank approval.

- Close customers on vehicle.

- Organize delivery of vehicle.

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with outbound call, text and email.
- Experience with reviewing credit bureaus.
- Ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with Dealertrack and Credit App.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year in a finance/sales role within a dealership.

- Valid AMVIC

- Valid class 5 drivers license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
