About the Job:

As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within Andorix. You will work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure both internal and client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:


Project Planning

· Assist in defining project scope, goals, success criteria, milestones, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders promptly and clearly.

· Provide project stakeholders with status updates, risks, and recommendations on an ongoing basis.

· Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

· Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.


Resource Management

· Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

· Review, maintain, and report on project/program budgets. Make recommendations for budget changes where necessary.

· Determine and recommend resource requirements (e.g., staff and/or consultants), if necessary to meet project deadlines, during project cycle.


Operational Management

· Perform end-to-end management of assigned project/programs

· Develop project plans and associated documents.

· Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

· Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise action plans to resolve


Qualifications:


Formal Education & Certification

· University degree, college diploma or equivalent in professional development (preferably in a technology or technology-based construction field)

· Working towards a certification in PMP, Project Management Methodologies (Lean, Agile)

· ITIL v3 certification and member in good standing with PMI an asset


Knowledge & Experience

· 3-5 years of direct work experience in a project management leadership capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

· Referenceable experience in project management role and/or projects

· Background and experience in real estate, construction, or client-facing technology projects

· Experience in managing global projects/programs and working with a consortium of vendors on a project/program would be an asset

· Expert or implementation skills with project management software or concepts, such as MS Project, Kanban boards

· Ability to travel as required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
