Our challenge

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and assist us in recommending the best products to launch to increase profitability in our organization.


The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of GAM’s Generative AI technology program
  • Work directly with generative AI working group Assist in evaluation of use cases
  • Maintain related connect site and resources
  • Update supporting materials for GAM Generative AI steerco
  • Support management of quarterly Hackathons
  • Support generative AI application development through all stages Facilitate discovery sessions
  • Co-ordination of business stakeholders, design, and development teams in implementation of proof of concepts
  • Produce reports of findings of proof of concepts to support recommendations (go – no go decision to a production version)
  • Support development of pilot programs with SaaS vendors and follow up SRMA documentation
  • Maintenance of program roadmap


Requirements:

You are:

  • Agile Framework and Practice for Product Delivery: Working as a product owner to support the implementation and delivery of products/services/offerings
  • Business Analysis: Knowledge and ability to apply the principles of business analysis for planning and requirement gathering
  • Product Development: Working closely with product managers to use market information to guide the design and development of products/services/offerings
  • Stakeholder Management: Building effective relationships by understanding key partner needs and demonstrating integrity and professionalism
  • Team collaboration - Effectively work with the working team
  • Experience with testing & debugging software
  • Digital design thinking
  • Software architecture
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Self-directed work style


Preferred skills:

  • Experience in banking domain.
