Our client, a wealth management firm that provides strategic financial and personal advice to successful individuals across Canada, is looking for an ambitious and outgoing Administrative Associate to join their team on a permanent basis.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Previous banking and/or finance experience considered a strong asset
  • Post secondary education in a related field, such as finance, economics, accounting, or business administration
  • Securities License (Completion of the Canadian Securities Course – CSC)
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently/in a team
  • Ability to multitask
  • Exceptional organizational skills


Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and distribute all meeting materials
  • Input all the necessary data into the system
  • Assist the advisors and the overall operations
  • Balance and process expense reports
  • Greet clients - offer beverages, direct them to the boardroom
  • Handle incoming calls in a professional manner
  • File documents - both electronic and paper
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Other duties as assigned


Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 per year


Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
