prestigious legal, financial, and government institutions. Our A.I. platform empowers translation teams and
delivers complex, industry-specific results with unmatched quality and speed. And with two decades of
award-winning service from our professional team of linguistic experts, you can trust that your business will
be in good hands.

About the Role:
As the Product Marketing Manager at Alexa Translations, you will be responsible for defining the market
position within the context of the overall product strategy for our clients. Fanatical attention to detail, a
focus on the best possible CX/UX, and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into consumer
and partner benefits are crucial. So, if you’re growth-obsessed, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and have
the pace and agility that a growing tech startup requires, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:
● Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies and establish product-market fit for new products.
● Employ a strategic business mindset to lead market assessments based on customer insight and
competitive intelligence.
● Set strategic direction and evaluate pricing approaches across subscription and ad-hoc offerings to
maximize business impact.
● Own product launches. Work with various departments and stakeholders to establish repeatable
release processes, define launch objectives and success metrics and manage cross-functional teams
to ensure and track successful releases.
● Guide the team on activating launch programs and scaling accompanying always-on campaign
strategies, collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing.
● Competitor analysis. Document extensive competitor research and brief internal teams on relevant
competitor activity.
● Educate consumer and client-facing teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Support, etc.) on new
products/features and collaborate with these teams to ensure the value is clear across diverse
audiences.
● Help translate new feature releases into meaningful sales and marketing collateral, training videos,
and knowledge base articles. Provide guidance on key content such as case studies, videos, website
copy, and blog posts.
● Lean into key differentiators and value drivers to drive messaging creation that resonates with each
audience at various life-cycle stages.
● Understand consumer behaviour. Obtain insights into consumers’ usage of Alexa Translations,
untapped opportunities, and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sales
data.
● Become the subject-matter expert on our target audience, creating segmentation frameworks, buyer
personas, and prioritizing key jobs-to-be-done for the customer.
● Build a culture of solid customer-centricity by grounding strategic decisions in insights and backing
those up with testimonials and customer-first content initiatives.
● Drive clear alignment across stakeholder partners, including Sales, Tech and Operations, securing
the necessary resources for your team to execute effectively.
● Own your role as a strong, senior product advocate internally and externally across industry events
and analyst relations.

Key Skills:
● Collaborative skills: As a product marketing manager, you will have to collaborate with multiple
teams across the business. This will often include business development, client success, and senior
executives.
● Communication skills: The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. You will frequently
have to present new products and write engaging copy, telling the ‘story’ of products for various
marketing channels and audiences.
● Research skills: A crucial part of being a product marketing manager is gaining insight into customer
needs and experiences. Data analysis, surveys, and customer interviews will be part of this mix; you
need to be well acquainted with these techniques.
● Leadership Skills: Experience advising and collaborating with UX designers, developers, and
researchers.
● Strong comprehension and experience driving UX/CX within Lean & Agile SaaS environments

Requirements:
● 5+ years of work experience, with 3+ product marketing in the B2B SaaS
● Product-led growth experience will be an asset
● Proven leadership experience in your field
● Experience managing an annual marketing budget
● Strong marketing competencies across strategic planning, segmentation, positioning and messaging,
content creation, and storytelling
● Experience defining market requirements and assembling customer-centric requirements for Product
Management teams
● Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and
customer-facing messaging
● Strong analytical skills with demonstrated capabilities in interpreting data and qualitative research
and distilling it into actionable key takeaways.

Benefits and Perks:
● Opportunities for personal and professional growth via work experience and in-house learning.
● Inspiring company culture and opportunity to learn from experienced entrepreneurs.
● Tackle unique challenges and face the unknown often, supported by a fantastic team who really
wants you to succeed.

We thank all applicants for their interest and time; however, only those who are the most qualified will be
contacted.
