The B2B DevOps team oversees developing and supporting business products such as cloud services, Internet, voice, Wi-Fi, and security. Our team works with internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class value chain automation by supporting Agile culture and the evolution of DevOps to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines that bring value and speed to market for our partners. What you’ll do

As an SFDC Developer on the Salesforce delivery team, you will be vital in delivering solutions for the B2B Value chain. With your innovative mindset, you will drive quality delivery for business security, fiber lines, office phones, and automation.

You will work effectively individually and with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and success through technical process reviews, technical UATs, and work in partnership with the delivery teams. You will join an agile and collaborative team responsible for the design, development, testing, and operational support of our B2B Salesforce org. With your customer-oriented lens, you will connect IT systems to customers' services and empower them to continue leveraging our services.

Qualifications

What you bring

Skilled in configuring and managing large-scale software solutions in an enterprise environment and have hands-on experience in SFDC including Vlocity, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning, Aura components, GCP/AWS, Soap/REST, SOA, JAX-WS, JMS, XML, GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Jira

You have 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform (Sales & Service Clouds, CPQ) with a clear understanding of Salesforce’s technical capabilities and limitations

Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a bias for action, removing blocks to get results fast

Are known as an expert with agile development, cloud technologys and continuous delivery concepts

Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I, OmniStudio Developer, CPQ Specialist)

A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Computer Science or Engineering

Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

Simplify and improve the team’s ways of working, enhancing their capabilities by leveraging our cloud and DevOps transformation

Foster and guide cross-functional teams by collaborating towards the identification, development, and delivery of value use cases across the range of products and services

Enable and track each team’s strategic plans rollout to maximize usage of our platforms and product

Work with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to develop non-functional requirements, develop solutions, and test them – concept to implementation

Enable new services by leveraging cloud services where appropriate

Create and maintain detailed documents on recommended best practices.

Great-to-haves

Experience in a telecommunications or related industry vertical

Previous experience working in a DevOps team

Strong experience working in GitHub

Good track record of exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence and build strong business partner relationships

Experience building (or implementation from specifications) customer- or public-facing web-based user interfaces, with an understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Familiarity with the basic concepts of good UI design and ability to advise projects as to UI design practices

Familiarity with and some experience using JavaScript libraries such as jQuery and Prototype
