Position Overview: The Modern Work Business Analyst Intern role is a fantastic opportunity to explore enterprise applications and align them with important business outcomes for our Modern Work program. You will be responsible for conducting evaluations, mapping capabilities to business goals, collaborating with various teams for data collection, and sharing findings with business leaders through detailed reports and presentations. This role offers valuable experience in data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, all valuable skills for those hoping to be future CIO’s.
*Please note: This role will be full-time hours (37.5 hours per week), for a duration of 4 months (May 5 to August 22, 2025).
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview Users and owners of identified applications to document how they are being used today
- Research online and interview OEM / Publisher to understand the full potential of investments that have been made and whether there are features not currently being used that offer value
- Align features and functions to business requirements of our Modern Work program
- Consolidate findings into reports and recommendations, delivering to senior leaders within our business
- Create iterative drafts of blueprint for Modern Work assessment including output document and RACI and socializing with specialists to ensure buy in support and feedback incorporation
- Experience in information analysis and decision-making
- Knowledge of Enterprise applications, architecture and business transformation
- Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously
- High proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tenacious. You are determined to succeed, and you are motivated by the success of customers, colleagues and the community

Survol du rôle: Le rôle de stagiaire analyste d'affaires du travail moderne consistera à évaluer les applications d'entreprise existantes pour en déterminer les capacités et les aligner sur les résultats commerciaux de notre programme d'évaluation du travail moderne. Les principales responsabilités incluent la réalisation d'évaluations approfondies, la cartographie des capacités aux résultats commerciaux, la collaboration avec divers départements pour la collecte de données et la préparation de rapports et de présentations détaillés. Ce rôle offre une expérience pratique en analyse de données, planification stratégique et collaboration interfonctionnelle, contribuant au succès du programme d'évaluation du travail moderne.
Veuillez noter : Ce rôle sera à temps plein (37,5 heures par semaine) pour une durée de 4 mois (du 5 mai au 22 août 2025).
Responsibilités clés:
- Interviewer les utilisateurs et les propriétaires des applications identifiées pour documenter leur utilisation actuelle.
- Faire des recherches en ligne et interviewer les OEM / éditeurs pour comprendre s'il existe des fonctionnalités non utilisées qui pourraient soutenir l'évaluation.
- Aligner les fonctionnalités et les fonctions aux exigences commerciales d'un programme d'évaluation.
- Consolider les résultats dans des rapports et des recommandations.
- Créer des brouillons itératifs de la feuille de route pour l'évaluation du travail moderne, y compris le document de sortie et le RACI, et socialiser avec les vendeurs de travail moderne pour assurer l'adhésion, le soutien et l'incorporation des retours.
- Expérience en analyse de l'information et prise de décision
- Connaissance des applications d'entreprise, de l'architecture et de la transformation des affaires
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles : capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et ressources simultanément
- Grande maîtrise des outils Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
