Our crown corporation client is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join their team on a contract. As the HRBP for Special Projects, you will focus on managing HR projects, creating job descriptions, and helping develop HR policies.


Location: Windsor, ON (Hybrid)

Work Type: Contract

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain job descriptions for various roles within the organization.
  • Assist in the research, creation, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR services and processes.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Work closely with the HR team to support policy development and project implementation.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration with a focus on HR.
  • Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a HRBP role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation (ESA, OHSA, OHRC, OLRA, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
