About the Role
The Field Alliance Manager will play a critical role in Zaddons’ expansion strategy by unlocking opportunities within the HRIS partner ecosystem, specifically focusing on HRIS partners like UKG, ADP, and Shiftboard, as well as service integrators (SI). This individual will be responsible to leverage their market knowledge and strategic relationships with HRIS and SI partners, driving referrals and reselling opportunities, and generating high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs). Working closely with the Sales and Partnership teams, the Field Alliance Manager will help qualify partnership leads and together with the sales team convert these SALs into direct revenue.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
- Proactively generate high-quality referrals and reselling opportunities from partners, focusing on Zaddons’ Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Work closely with the Sales team to convert partnership-generated leads into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), contributing to Zaddons' revenue targets.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with HRIS and SI partners’ various teams (sales, customer success, pre-sales, and customer account executives) to foster trust and drive engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for SI and other ecosystem partners, ensuring alignment with Zaddons’ value propositions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Subject Matter Experts to present solutions to prospective customers, addressing partner-referred leads with tailored pitches and solution alignments.
- Engage with the Partnership team to refine and implement partner onboarding programs, ensuring partners are effectively trained and equipped to resell or refer Zaddons' add-ons.
- Provide market intelligence on HRIS and service integration trends, keeping Zaddons informed of partner ecosystem developments.
- Track and report partner performance metrics, including referral volumes, conversions, and pipeline growth, ensuring alignment with Zaddons’ revenue goals.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in workforce management. Thorough understanding of the competitive landscape. Having worked with/at UKG is an asset.
- In-depth understanding of HRIS partner ecosystems, especially with UKG, ADP, and Shiftboard, and the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Ease of oral and written expression.
