Les responsabilités de ce rôle

  • Prendre contact avec les clients, actuels et potentiels, afin de bien définir leurs besoins.
  • Estimer et rédiger des offres de services permettant de mettre en évidence notre expertise et l’excellence de la solution proposée.
  • Agir à titre de point de contact pour le client et de coordonnateur pour l’équipe de projet (personnel de terrain et des sous-traitants).
  • Mettre en œuvre les solutions proposées via le contrôle de la qualité des sols, du béton de ciment et du béton bitumineux ainsi que tout ce qui s’y en approche.
  • Effectuer la surveillance des chantiers pour s’assurer de la rigueur et du respect des procédures.
  • Veiller au respect des paramètres des mandats, entre autres des budgets et échéanciers.
  • Jouer un rôle central pour la réalisation des projets notamment par la rédaction des rapports et avis techniques ainsi que d’un point de vue administratif.
  • Avoir un œil attentif à l’amélioration continue et proposer ses idées pour faire avancer l’organisation.


Dans ce rôle, vous aurez la possibilité de mettre vos atouts de l’avant

  • Diplôme d’études universitaires reliées au domaine de la construction, de la géologie, du génie civil ou à tout autre domaine connexe
  • Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente au poste
  • Membre en règle de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (obligatoire)
  • Certification ASP construction
  • Permis de conduire valide pour se déplacer chez les clients
  • Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et un fort intérêt pour le travail en équipe
  • Bonnes aptitudes physiques
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais pour tenir une conversation professionnelle

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Contact current and potential clients to clearly define their needs.
  • Estimate and draft service proposals that highlight our expertise and the excellence of the proposed solution.
  • Act as the point of contact for the client and coordinator for the project team (field personnel and subcontractors).
  • Implement the proposed solutions by monitoring the quality control of soils, cement concrete, and asphalt concrete, as well as any related materials.
  • Supervise construction sites to ensure thoroughness and compliance with procedures.
  • Ensure that project parameters, including budgets and timelines, are respected.
  • Play a central role in project execution, particularly by writing reports and technical opinions, as well as managing administrative tasks.
  • Be attentive to continuous improvement and propose ideas to help the organization move forward.

Requirements:

  • University degree related to construction, geology, civil engineering, or any other relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the position.
  • Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (required).
  • ASP Construction certification.
  • Valid driver's license for travel to client sites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a strong interest in teamwork.
  • Good physical abilities.
