Skills and Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate on planning, prioritization, and design.
  2. Work with project team on defining and managing project scope.
  3. Document business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  4. Create, monitor and constantly review sprint plans looking for opportunities to optimize where applicable.
  5. Organize and lead working sessions and project update meetings within various levels of the organization.
  6. Work closely with business and technical team members in support of project deliverables.
  7. Identify project issues/roadblocks and steps for mitigation and resolution.
  8. Provide feedback and recommendations on projects and process improvement along with technical skills.
  9. Business Analyst experience in Guidewire Policy Center/Claims/Billing Center.
  10. Minimum experience in Insurance Domain.
  11. Minimum experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
  12. Agile and Scrum Master experience.
  13. Guidewire Cloud Certification a MUST.
  14. Strong stakeholder management and results-oriented.
  15. Excellent planning and organization skills.
  16. Time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and effective follow-up.
  17. Must be a team player, a team builder, and a driver.
  18. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
