Position Overview:

The Designer, Brand Experience is creative, positive, flexible, willing to take risks and roll up their sleeves to deliver exceptional work. As a member of a collaborative team, you’ll work in tandem with the interior design team to create cohesive, thoughtful environments. You’ll need to be a resourceful learner, technically curious, and detail oriented — being a strong team player is critical.


You will play a supporting role under a senior brand experience designer in advancing design solutions while maintaining enthusiasm about achieving client’s goals. It will be your job to utilize your design experience to develop branding, identity, environmental and experiential assets that capture the essence of the overall project narrative.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the brand experience team to conceptualize various components of the projects touch points as well as design the deliverables that are required to convey the desired message
  • Responsible in supporting the BEx project lead for the delivery of the brand experience work on projects and able to align brand experience deliverables with overall project process and schedule
  • Work with BEx project lead to hit key milestones and maintain project schedule
  • Support the team to Interpret client requirements into creatively designed and customized work and graphics
  • Collaborate with the interior/architectural design teams and clients to align with overall project vision and goals
  • Keep up to date on latest trends and design inspirations
  • Generate conceptual designs using a variety of graphic techniques, including hand-drawn and computer-generated visuals and work with Project Leader to align design complexity with target budget
  • Work with brand experience team to prepare design documentation and pitches for new and existing clients


Job Requirements:

As M Moser’s Designer, you are a seasoned, out-of-the-box thinker, with an exceptional knack for delivering awe-inspiring ideas for corporate workplace clients. You are a natural-born storyteller that can win work and inspire those working with you.


Qualifications & Key Competencies:

  • 2-5 years experience in a Brand Experience or Graphic Design related role
  • Experience working within an advertising agency, creative studio, an in-house marketing team or media organization, graphic design, branding, visual identity design.
  • Prior experience in Interior Design or Architecture considered an asset
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or another related field preferred
  • Proficiency in the latest graphic design software required (PS, Illustrator, Figma, SketchUp, InDesign, etc.)
  • Ability to work in an agile, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent time and project management skills to be able to meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent eye as a designer with a broad awareness of trends in design.
  • Creative ideas and a love for the craft of design in all forms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and experience effectively contributing to multiple projects at the same time
  • Preferred working experience in creating production files
