Part-Time Controller

Our client, a successful long-standing wealth management company, is seeking a Part-time Controller (approx. 2-4 hours per week) for a permanent hybrid and/or remote role based in Moncton, NB. The ideal candidate is a committed individual with proven accounting experience, who is eager to contribute their knowledge and skills to this established and clear-cut role.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:
  • Financial accounting and monthly reporting for multiple entities
  • HST reporting
  • Cashflow management
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Government remittances
Experience & Attributes for Success:
  • Proven experience with bookkeeping/accounting, HST and cash flow management
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is required
  • Experience with RBC Express is an asset
  • CPA designation is an asset but not required
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Committed and reliable work ethic, with the ability and desire to stay in the role long-term
