Up to 1 year contract with possible extension


Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Monday to Friday)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver our clients' digital enablement strategy. As a Product Owner, you will oversee brand-new initiatives from conception through to execution, leveraging your expertise in Agile methodologies and Kanban boards. This role demands strong leadership skills, particularly in managing large virtual teams without direct authority, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

IT Project and Product Delivery IT Project and Product Management involves orchestrating and delivering business value through introduction of new or changed products and services. These IT practitioners apply knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to a broad range of activities in roles within several disciplines and delivery methods.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Enablement Strategy: Drive and deliver digital enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, managing work planning, cost estimation, and execution.
  • Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile practices and Kanban boards to manage and track project progress.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction and coaching to project teams, demonstrating global management and leadership experience.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project success.
  • Work Tracking and Control: Monitor and control project performance, making necessary adjustments to stay on track and within budget.
  • Team Coaching: Experience in coaching and developing teams.
  • IT Product Management: Background in managing IT products and digital initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in a variety of management roles, including project management and execution positions.
