Your Qualifications
- A self-starter who is highly motivated.

- Ability to communicate fluently and clearly orally and in writing

- English mandatory, French is a strong asset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields related to Business, Management, Engineering, Information technology, or a related discipline

- Suivi mensuel du budget (euros et effectifs) ; participation à la campagne budgétaire annuelle ; mise à jour des organigrammes et desplans d'occupation
- Suivi des mouvements d'effectifs : arrivées, mobilités, départs
- point de contact pour la gestion de projet avec les équipes situées à Paris
- Suivi des projets locaux: suivi des plans d'actions, qualité des reportings, etc.
- Effectuer des contrôles : présence/absences, suivi des formations obligatoires, des droits d'accès informatiques
- Coordination des équipes pour l'implémentation des projets globaux
- Coordination, pour le compte de l'équipe, des projets ressources humaines
- Prise en charge des reportings locaux, des reportings pour les responsables et de divers supports de communication
- Creation et mises à jour des procédures locales : procédures d'onboarding, etc.
- Suivi de la mise à jours des procédures et documentations
- Coordination, pour le compte de l'équipe, des plans de continuité d'activité
- Implémentation d'indicateurs locaux de performance et d'indicateurs locaux de risques en coordination avec les équipes basées à Paris et Singapour
- Contribution aux actions de gestion du changement déployées dans l'équipe

Vos qualifications
- Licence ou master en Gestion, technologies de l'information, ingéniérie administrative
- 2 ans d'expérience KYC
- Anglais obligatoire et Français est un plus
- Personne autonome et très motivée
- Bonnes compétences analytiques, organisationneles et relationnelles
- Adaptabilité/réactivité
- capacité à construire un esprit d'équipe et à favoriser la collaboration parmi l'équipe
- très bonne capacité à s'exprimer de façon claire à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Capacité de fédération et de négociation
- cravailleur assidu, à l'aise avec le multi-tâche et capable de travailler sous pression
- Excellente maitrise d'Excel & Power point, doit être très à l'aise avec les chiffres.
