Your mission is as follows:
Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager with our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage project execution, ensuring strict adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Collaborate with project personnel to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify the need for initial or supplemental project resources and make effective allocations.
- Develop and update project plans for information technology projects, including objectives, technologies, systems, schedules, funding, and staffing.
- Perform risk assessments to develop strategies for managing and mitigating project risks.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Establish and execute a project communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Monitor the performance of project team members, providing feedback and maintaining performance documentation.
- Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain necessary resources or materials.
- Oversee the success of the project portfolio by putting in place the required governance and reporting processes
- Produce bi-weekly invoicing report for finance to invoice the correct amount to customers
- Manage escalations, assist project teams in critical situations or when projects are off track, and effectively engage in difficult conversations with customers
- Ensure when a new contract gets signed, the transition to the delivery team gets executed promptly and according to the established process
- Coach the delivery team on current processes and project management best practices
About you:
Requirements:
Tools Used: Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft Office
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management.
-Technical Background: A solid technical background, including an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Experience: Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially regarding deadlines and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven success in working with all levels of management.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills to effectively convey project updates and insights.
- Certification: Agile or Scrum Certification a plus (PSM, CSM, DASM, PMI-ACP)
- Bilingualism (French & English)
- Knowledge of the CRM industry an asset

Votre mission est la suivante
Principales responsabilités : En tant que gestionnaire de projet au sein de notre organisation, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la réussite de nos projets. Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes
- Gérer l'exécution du projet, en veillant au strict respect du budget, du calendrier et de l'étendue des travaux.
- Collaborer avec le personnel du projet afin d'identifier et de résoudre les problèmes rapidement et efficacement.
- Contrôler et suivre les étapes du projet et les produits livrables afin de s'assurer qu'ils répondent aux normes de qualité.
- Identifier les besoins en ressources initiales ou supplémentaires pour les projets et procéder à des affectations efficaces.
- Élaborer et mettre à jour des plans de projets dans le domaine des technologies de l'information, y compris les objectifs, les technologies, les systèmes, les calendriers, le financement et la dotation en personnel.
- Effectuer des évaluations des risques afin d'élaborer des stratégies de gestion et d'atténuation des risques liés aux projets.
- Préparer des rapports complets sur l'état d'avancement du projet en recueillant, analysant et résumant les informations et les tendances.
- Établir et mettre en œuvre un plan de communication pour le projet afin de tenir toutes les parties prenantes informées et engagées.
- Contrôler les performances des membres de l'équipe de projet, en fournissant un retour d'information et en tenant à jour la documentation relative aux performances.
- Négocier avec les parties prenantes du projet ou les fournisseurs pour obtenir les ressources ou les matériaux nécessaires.
- Superviser la réussite du portefeuille de projets en mettant en place les processus de gouvernance et de reporting requis.
- Produire un rapport de facturation bihebdomadaire pour les finances afin de facturer le montant correct aux clients.
- Gérer les escalades, aider les équipes de projet dans les situations critiques ou lorsque les projets ne sont pas sur la bonne voie, et s'engager efficacement dans des conversations difficiles avec les clients.
- Veiller à ce que, lorsqu'un nouveau contrat est signé, la transition vers l'équipe de livraison soit exécutée rapidement et conformément au processus établi.
