Role Overview :


The IT Business Services support analyst is responsable and accountable for managing, follow up and gouvernance of the project activities allocated until closure. The position includes coordination with multiple application support teams, infra teams, development teams and other project teams across various location. The candidates will have to schedule calls, create action task, ensure the meeting notes are taken and shared post the meeting, follow up the action plan, report of current view and forecast view of the projects, send a weekly report on the project tasks and the follow up actions. The candidate must be able to create reports in Excel and Power BI and share the reports to Manager on weekly basis. The candidates must have good knowledge on ITIL concepts and should be able to contrinute to the Service management task like incident management and problem management.

The candidate should be able to deploy and configure Dynatrace and create dashboards using Dynatrace.

Key responsibilities:


The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :


  • Deploy Dynatrace agents
  • Build Dynatrace reports / Dashboards
  • Provide Dynatrace trainings
  • Build reports using Power BI
  • Ability to present the project status to the management committee
  • Produce documentation on standartds and guidelines for regional deployment and tool use
  • Evaluate current methods, software and architecture to propose and implement processes and tools to improve – automate the existing manual process
  • Champion the service transition process and deliver good practice in line with the predefined process requirements
  • Schedule, chair and minute service transition meetings
  • Review and maintain process documentation
  • Lead workshops and process awareness sessions
  • Challenge stakeholders on process non-compliance and perform the necessary remedial actions
  • Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports on process KPIs, key achievements and next steps
  • Provide required evidences for audit requirements and participate in audit meetings where necessary
  • Perform Continuous Service lmprovement initiatives on Service Transition processes.


Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • 2-3 years in Dynatrace support, configuration and deployment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; IT/Computer Science Engineering
  • Good understanding and hands on experience in Dynatrace
  • Flexibility in working outside of your responsibilities and areas of expertise.
  • ln-depth understanding of the linkage between financial services, Information Technology, and business value.
  • Creative and analytical ability in problem resolution and Decision-making skill.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft office tools
  • Good knowledge in Linux & Unix
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good understanding and working experience in any of the scheduler tools.
  • Strong knowledge in Power BI
  • Exposure / knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Prior business analysis experience in an application support environment
  • Good general understanding of global infrastructure, firewalls and networking and considerations in these areas
  • Analytical skills - Ability to analyze data surroundings incidents ta a fine level, investigate dependencies and evaluate possible areas for improvement, and actions with a view to automate resolution.
  • Overall General IT knowledge is a must.
  • Measure and identify areas for improving Quality and overall Delivery.
  • Able to communicate efficiently.
  • Good Team Player
