Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator - French/English


This role is hybrid for our client. 3 days in office is a must.

Aperçu du poste : Ce poste mettra à profit votre expertise, votre collaboration et vos compétences organisationnelles. Vous serez chargé(e) de fournir un travail efficace, de haute qualité, dans les temps impartis et rentable, en assurant la coordination avec différents partenaires. Les principales responsabilités comprennent : le suivi des processus de recrutement syndiqués basés sur les conventions collectives, le soutien des transferts internes des employés syndiqués, la gestion des données, les tâches supplémentaires comprennent les salons de l'emploi, la génération d'offres et le traitement des vérifications des antécédents.


Comment vous allez façonner l'avenir des talents :

·Gérer la planification quotidienne des entretiens par le biais d'Outlook et communiquer de manière proactive les conflits d'horaires et/ou les retards afin de garantir une expérience positive pour les candidats.

·Tenir à jour plusieurs dossiers et bases de données liés au recrutement

·Gérer les mesures de recrutement hebdomadaires/mensuelles, c'est-à-dire les rapports sur les postes ouverts/en attente, la facturation mensuelle via SharePoint, les données sur la satisfaction des clients (enquête) et d'autres rapports ad hoc, selon les besoins.

·Effectuer des vérifications des antécédents et analyser les anomalies potentielles (envoi d'avis de notification de décision défavorable et d'autorisations conditionnelles, le cas échéant).

·Communication quotidienne avec les responsables du recrutement et les candidats concernant les mises à jour des vérifications d'antécédents, la collecte et la vérification des documents d'intégration, le suivi des activités d'intégration hebdomadaires afin de s'assurer que le service d’administration des Ressources Humaines remplit correctement ses obligations en matière d'intégration.

·Suivre et mettre à jour le statut des candidats via Workday

Job Overview: This position will leverage your expertise, collaboration, and organizational skills. You will be responsible to work in an efficient, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective manner, coordinating with multiple shareholders. Key responsibilities include: following unionized recruitment processes based on Collective Agreements, supporting internal movements of unionized employees, data management, additional tasks include career fairs, offer generation and background check processing.


How you'll shape the future of talent:

·Manage daily interview scheduling through Outlook and proactively communicate scheduling conflicts and/or delays to ensure a positive candidate experience

·Maintain various recruitment trackers and databases

·Manage weekly/monthly recruiting metrics i.e., open/pending reporting; monthly billing via SharePoint, Customer Satisfaction (survey) data and additional ad hoc reporting as needed

·Conduct background screenings and analyze potential discrepancies (sending pre-adverse/adverse action notices, and conditional clearances when applicable).

·Daily communication with hiring managers and candidates regarding background check updates, collecting and verifying onboarding documents, tracking weekly onboarding activities to ensure HRA’s accurately meets onboarding deliverables

·Track and update candidate status through Workday
