Duration – 3-6 mths contract then contract to hire as full time permanent


3 days per week in office




About the Role: This is a contract role ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a Buyer or Procurement capacity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities and support the team in the purchasing process.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the organization.
  • Review and manage the contracting and legal review process to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and provide solutions.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Buyer/Procurement capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Some IT knowledge is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with the contracting and legal review process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
