Responsabilités du Poste
Gérer et optimiser les opérations quotidiennes.
Mettre l'accent sur la systématisation et l'automatisation des départements de l'entreprise.
Prioriser l'efficacité opérationnelle, le contrôle de la qualité et la satisfaction client.
Jouer un rôle clé dans la collaboration d'équipe, communication efficace et le maintien de hautes performances.

Qualifications
Baccalauréat ou équivalent dans un domaine pertinent.
Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie des services.
Bilingue (français et anglais), avec de solides compétences organisationnelles et de leadership.
Une expérience dans le secteur des services, de préférence dans des domaines similaires à ceux de 1Clean Air.
Expérience antérieure en gestion budgétaire et P&L est un atout.

Responsabilités :
Superviser les activités opérationnelles, améliorer l'efficacité des processus.
Construire et maintenir les relations avec les parties prenantes.
Assurer la conformité aux normes légales et réglementaires.
Stimuler l'engagement des employés, la formation et la gestion des performances.

Gestion Humaine :
Superviser et coordonner les activités liées à la gestion du personnel.
Assurer le recrutement, la sélection et l'intégration de nouveaux membres au sein de l'équipe.
Gérer les conflits et les problèmes de performance au sein de l'équipe.
Mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures de ressources humaines pour garantir le bien-être et la motivation des employés.

Gestion d'Équipe :
Diriger et motiver l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
Planifier et organiser les tâches et les responsabilités de chaque membre de l'équipe.
Encourager la collaboration et la communication au sein de l'équipe pour favoriser un environnement de travail harmonieux.

Recrutement :
Identifier les besoins en recrutement de l'entreprise et élaborer des stratégies de recrutement efficaces.
Rechercher, sélectionner et évaluer les candidats potentiels en fonction des critères définis.
Mener des entretiens d'embauche et prendre des décisions éclairées concernant les nouvelles embauches.

Suivi et Évaluation de la Performance :
Suivre et évaluer la performance individuelle et collective de l'équipe.
Établir des objectifs clairs et mesurables pour chaque membre de l'équipe et les aider à les atteindre.
Fournir des retours constructifs et des conseils pour améliorer les performances et favoriser le développement professionnel.

Formation :
Identifier les besoins de formation de l'équipe et développer des programmes de formation adaptés.
Organiser des sessions de formation et des ateliers pour renforcer les compétences et les connaissances des membres de l'équipe.
Suivre et évaluer l'efficacité des programmes de formation et apporter des ajustements si nécessaire.

Interactions avec les Clients B2B :
Établir et entretenir des relations avec les clients B2B pour comprendre leurs besoins et leurs attentes.
Collaborer avec les clients B2B pour mettre en place des prestations adaptées à leurs besoins spécifiques.
Assurer un suivi régulier avec les clients B2B pour garantir leur satisfaction et fidélité.
