Our client, a leading real estate organization specializing in logistics, warehouse, and industrial properties seeks a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. The role will be instrumental in supporting the Finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including management reporting packages, investor presentations, and board materials.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, conduct variance analysis, and support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and analysis.
  • Lead and support special projects as required.
  • Provide financial analysis and support for ad hoc requests from management and other departments.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within financial systems and reporting tools.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting or financial planning & analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • Experience with financial reporting systems
