Mechanical Design Engineer:
We are hiring a mechanical design engineer to work with our engineering and drafting team to improve process efficiency and product reach.
Core responsibilities include:
· Fan mechanical design using internal tools and Ansys FEA software.
· Assist Sales department when quoting custom selections or designs.
· Drawing revisions and improvements using AutoCAD or Inventor.
Additional opportunities include:
· Expanding our design capabilities and other improvement projects.
· Assisting in quality/process improvement with our drafting and production teams.
· Testing our designs in our AMCA (Air Movement and Control Association) certified test lab.
Candidate Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· Interest in power transmission components, manufacturing, and air movement.
· Strong English oral and written communication skills.
· Experience in rotating equipment and/or sheet metal design/manufacturing is a plus.
· A positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new things every day.
· Be a caring team member that continuously improves our business and products.
