Objectif de l’emploi


L’administrateur de bureau et le représentant du service à la clientèle effectuent un large éventail d’activités de soutien administratif et de bureau pour l’entreprise et/ou les gestionnaires afin de faciliter le fonctionnement efficace de l’organisation.


Tâches et responsabilités

• Répondre, filtrer et transférer les appels téléphoniques entrants ;• Recevoir et diriger les visiteurs entrants et les clients ;

• Responsable de la gestion du courrier, des fournitures de bureau et de l’équipement de bureau ;

• Assistance à l’organisation des calendriers d’expédition

• Organisation et entretien des présentoirs et des échantillons de salles d’exposition et de conférence

• Surveiller et accéder aux commentaires des clients, traiter les plaintes ou les demandes des clients et préparer des réponses écrites aux demandes de renseignements courantes ;

• Préparer différents documents dont de la correspondance, des rapports, des brouillons, des notes de service et des courriels ;

• Responsable du système de classement et du système d’archivage ;

• Tenir à jour les bases de données, traiter les données de vente et autres rapports ;

• Aider le marketing avec les efforts de service à la clientèle sur les plateformes de médias sociaux ;

• Soutenir l’équipe en ce qui concerne l’expédition d’échantillons et de produits, le suivi et la notification des clients ;

• Assister les représentants des ventes dans la préparation des réunions avec les clients et des présentations de vente

• Assister l’équipe pour différents événements tels que les salons professionnels.

• Assister l’équipe des finances dans la réconciliation des cartes Amex


QUALIFICATIONS

• Diplôme CEGEP

• 1 an d’expérience en service à la clientèle et en administration

•Bilingue

• Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office et de la gestion de bases de données

Job Purpose


The Office Administrator performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the company and/or managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.


Duties and Responsibilities

· Answer, screen and transfert inbound phone calls;

· Receive and direct incoming visitors and clients;

· Responsible for the management of the mail, the office supplies and the office equipment;

· Assistance in organizing shipment schedules

· Organization and upkeep of showroom and conference room displays and samples

· Monitor and access customer feedback, handle customer complaints or requests and prepare written responses to routine enquiries;

· Prepare different documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails;

· Responsible of the filing system and archival system;

· Maintain databases, process sales data and other reports;

· Assist marketing with customer service efforts on social media platforms;

· Support the team in regards of sample and product shipping, tracking and notifying customers;

· Assist sales representatives in preparation for client meetings and sales presentations;

· Assist the team for different event such as Trade Shows.

· Assist Finance team in Amex card reconciliation


QUALIFICATIONS

· DEC

· 3 to 5 years of experience with customer service and data entry

· Bilingual

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management
