We are driven by a commitment to excellence and are supported by a dedicated team of founders focused on driving the business forward.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Operations Director with deep knowledge of the MVA/personal injury space. This role requires a hands-on leader who will manage day-to-day operations, engage with key clients, and help execute strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with three founders who will provide ongoing support and guidance as the company continues to grow. There is also potential for equity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for MVA/personal injury attorneys, understanding their needs and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Clinician Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with family doctors and other clinicians, ensuring a robust network to support our telehealth services.
  • Strategic Execution: Collaborate with the founders to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including market expansion and new service offerings.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Support: While not responsible for originating sales, support the closing of deals and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring the company meets its financial goals.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in the MVA/personal injury space, with a solid understanding of the legal and medical aspects of the industry.
  • Proven ability to manage operations and lead teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience in recruiting and managing clinicians, particularly in telehealth services.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute on business initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, staff, and partners.
  • Familiarity with physician recruitment and management is a significant asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
