Position Summary:

We are seeking a Benefits Administrator with 4 to 8 years of experience to administer and manage the following plans for CA, US, SP and UK

Health and Dental

ADD, STD, LTD, and Life

401k, RRSP

LTIP including stock options, ESPP,RSU

FSA and HSA

Mat and parental leave top us

COBRA


Coordinate with Payroll on changes. Support the team with the preparation of new group submissions, proposals, presentations, and general administration as needed.

Prepare and review contracts and booklets, and specialized communication materials

Manage invoices and audit records to ensure accuracy, completing data reports for compliance and vendor processes. Support day-to-day processes for benefit programs, ensuring compliance with standards and eligibility rules.

Team player - someone comfortable pitching in on a variety of tasks

Curiosity this person should not be content with running things status quo – this position

requires someone who is comfortable in recommending improvements to any and all

processes.
