The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager in Water Treatment. In this role you will contribute to the development of the Water Treatment business, focusing on Chemical and Digital Solution sales in the municipal and industrial sector. This role involves technical evaluations, customer service, and commercial responsibilities within the assigned territory.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop the Water Treatment business by driving sales of Chemical and Digital Solutions in the municipal and industrial sector.
  • Act as a service resource to customers, performing testing and equipment services that support the Water Treatment sales initiatives.
  • Hold commercial responsibility for customers within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with external service providers for equipment maintenance and installation.
  • Collect and test samples to evaluate program performance.
  • Participate in promotional events, including trade shows, with involvement in the setup and teardown of presentation materials.
  • Engage in continuous learning through internal and external training courses and technical conferences.

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

  • Four-year college degree.
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitudes.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the municipal and/or industrial environment.
  • Good understanding of water chemistry and water plant processes.
  • Commercial and financial acumen.
  • Innovative with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Robust relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel, up to 50%, primarily in Ontario, with some potential for international travel.
