Key Responsibilities

Copywriting and Content Creation

  • Craft high-quality, compelling copy for various marketing materials including websites, emails, social media, campaigns, brand assets, and more for clients in various industries.
  • Working with our SEO Specialists to implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content and communication strategies that align with business goals, enhances audience engagement, and drives brand awareness across all platforms.
  • Create engaging campaign slogans, taglines, and messaging frameworks.
  • Work with the creative team to ensure the visual treatment aligns with the brand's voice and tone.
  • Conduct thorough content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for content optimization, ensuring consistency in voice, style, and brand messaging across all channels.

Brand Strategy and Development:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and refine brand strategies for clients.
  • Conduct internal and external market research and analysis, including competitive analysis, industry trends, customer feedback, and social listening.
  • Develop brand positioning, identity, and voice that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create brand guides and to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, design, and sales, to align efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Assist in the creation of campaign assets, ensuring all copy meets brand standards and strategic objectives.
Collaboration and Quality Assurance:
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and digital teams to ensure cohesive and effective brand development and campaign execution.
  • Participate in team collaboration and peer review processes to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Ensure all deliverables undergo thorough QA to guarantee accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in copywriting, brand strategy, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand development.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging copy.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
