Vous mettrez à profit vos connaissances gastronomiques et techniques pour exercer un mentorat stimulant auprès des cuisiniers sous votre responsabilité.



Principales Fonctions :

  • Participer à la préparation des plats et collaborer à l’élaboration des menus ;
  • Assurer et maintenir en tout temps les standards qualitatifs fixés par le Chef de cuisine et le Chef exécutif ;
  • Participer à la coordination des achats de la nourriture tout en respectant les budgets, les coûts pour la nourriture et la main d’œuvre ;
  • Assisté mensuellement les magasinier et acheteur pour la prise d’inventaire ;
  • Superviser, former et coordonner le travail du personnel syndiqué sous sa responsabilité ;
  • Développer la motivation et l’esprit d’équipe de la brigade en créant un bon climat de travail ;
  • Assurer le suivi des communications internes au sein de l’équipe et avec les autres départements ;
  • Veiller à ce que le respect des règles d’hygiène et salubrité et de santé et sécurité au travail soient respectées par l’ensemble des employés ;
  • Connaitre les besoins en employés pour les opérations pour chaque quart de travail et offres restaurations ;
  • Toutes autres tâches nécessaires au bon déroulement des opérations.


Compétences exigées :

  • Détenir un DEP en cuisine d’établissement (obligatoire) ;
  • Minimum trois (3) ans d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires ;
  • Expérience de gestion dans un milieu syndiqué un atout ;
  • Maîtrise de l’environnement Windows et de la suite Office.

  • Faire preuve d’autonomie, d’organisation, de leadership ;
  • Grande capacité de mobilisation des équipes ;
  • Forte capacité d’adaptation dans un milieu en constante évolution.
