Job Details Description

HERE’S WHAT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

  1. Responsible for planning and implementing the workforce schedule for all projects; this includes coordination to ensure projects are fully staffed.
  2. Interact with management team, technicians, clients, and external vendors to drive operational effectiveness.
  3. Analyze and distribute reports on a weekly basis.
  4. Generate specific scheduling and forecasting reports and provide analysis on the data.
  5. Consistently follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure assigned tasks are being completed as per scheduled inquiries.
  6. Track all projects from beginning to end and report to the Operations Manager if there are any hiccups in scheduling.
  7. Work with project owners to negotiate staffing needs and resources.
  8. Review and recommend technicians to fill appropriate roles by tracking current availability status and variances.
  9. Follow up with upcoming opportunities, make staffing recommendations based on skill-set and availability – this includes recommending alternative staffing to ensure optimal utilization.
  10. Follow up with each technician to ensure their availability is updated in the scheduling system.
  11. Participate in local and national staffing calls.
  12. Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
  13. Enhance Organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.
  14. Adhere to and promote the environmental, health & safety policies of AFL.

Qualifications
  1. High School with some office experience, such as clerk or administrator, office administration, or project coordination experience.
  2. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
Working Conditions

Currently remote with the possibility of normal office environment in the future.
07:30 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Some minimal travel may be required.
