FedEx is seeking a Digital Product Manager (Senior Marketing Specialist) located in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a hybrid opportunity.


You get to:

  • Define and support the development of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable Digital solutions that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle.
  • Enhance existing solutions with new features aligned with our portfolio strategy.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, bring the features to market and develop the Program Vision, Roadmap, with the key Features required to meet both market and business needs.


This job might be for you if you:

  • Define features through consultation with business owners, stakeholders and customers.
  • Document and align with business and Product owners on Feature “Acceptance Criteria”.
  • Organize and Co-lead Program Increment (PI) planning event with Product Owner and participate in AGILE ceremonies.
  • Gather feedback to identify future needs and prioritize them into appropriate PIs and sprints.
  • Act as an advocate for team’s adherence to SAFe® framework and agile principles.
  • Assist the team in liaising with Business Owners, Development leads, architects etc.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent, in Marketing or Business Administration. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in e-commerce and/or Marketing within a corporate environment. Digital product management experience preferred.
  • Project management experience using Agile approach.
  • Experience in international Marketing Promotions, Database Marketing, Information Analysis, Market Research, & Financial Analysis preferred.
