Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager, Graphic Design to lead our creative team at BoomerangFX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with proficiency in both digital and print mediums, and experience in website development. As the manager of our graphic design and web development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' brand identities and driving creativity and innovation. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Webflow is essential. Familiarity with platforms like Unbounce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and web developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Design captivating landing pages, Facebook ads, and e-blast campaigns to drive conversions and engagement.
  • Utilize expertise in digital and print design to deliver comprehensive marketing collateral.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements, brand guidelines, and visual identity across all client projects and platforms.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in graphic design and web development, with a focus on both digital and print mediums.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Webflow.
  • Experience with platforms like Unbounce or similar landing page builder platforms is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
