About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:-

Reception Duties:

  • Greet patients warmly as they enter the office.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the office's communication systems.

Patient Care Coordination:

  • Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up appointments.
  • Assist in resolving patient concerns or issues with a focus on maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and daily reconciliation of accounts.
  • Support the dental team with any administrative tasks as needed.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist, Patient Care Coordinator, or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in dental administration or related fields is a plus.
