Role Summary:

The Legal Template Specialist creates and manages court form templates using RunSensible software, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Success in this role means producing accurate, efficient, and consistent templates, supporting the legal team's workflow. This specialist must stay current with legal regulations, collaborate effectively with staff, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. The role is crucial in enhancing the firm's efficiency, enabling attorneys and paralegals to focus on more complex tasks, and ensuring a high standard of legal documentation. This contributes to client satisfaction and overall operational excellence.


RunSensible's document template feature offers customizable templates for legal documents, ensuring consistency and compliance. It streamlines document creation, saves time, reduces errors, and enhances efficiency in legal practices.



Responsibilities


  • Template Creation: Design and develop court form templates using RunSensible software, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with legal standards.


  • Template Management: Regularly update and maintain templates, making necessary adjustments based on changes in laws and regulations.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to understand their needs and customize templates accordingly.


  • Quality Assurance: Review and proofread templates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.


  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to staff on using templates effectively within the RunSensible platform.


  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of template versions and updates for reference and audit purposes.
  • Research: Stay informed about legal industry trends and changes that may impact template requirements.


  • Efficiency Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the document preparation process.


  • Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from users and incorporate it into template design and functionality improvements.


Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field or equivalent experience in a legal setting.


  • Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and compliance requirements.


Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals.
