Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Responsable RH / People Ops dynamique et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance Vous jouerez un rôle pratique dans la gestion de toutes les fonctions RH chez Royal Vet, en soutenant notre équipe médicale tout en favorisant une excellente expérience pour les employés. Le candidat idéal aime un environnement au rythme rapide, est un joueur d'équipe collaboratif, possède d'excellentes compétences en communication, et aime relever les défis avec empathie et réflexion.
Responsabilités
- Gérer le processus de recrutement de bout en bout (élaborer des descriptions de postes, mener des entretiens, etc.) et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement efficaces.
- Superviser le processus d'intégration des nouveaux employés.
- Servir de point de contact pour les préoccupations des employés, en traitant les problèmes rapidement et de manière professionnelle.
- Favoriser un environnement de travail positif grâce à des initiatives régulières d'engagement et de feedback.
- Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux gestionnaires, en matière d'évaluation des performances et de plans de développement.
- Veiller au respect des lois et réglementations en matière d'emploi au Canada et aux États-Unis.
- Gérer les dossiers des employés et veiller à la protection de la vie privée et à la confidentialité des données.
- Superviser les programmes d'avantages sociaux et traiter toute question connexe.
- Gérer les processus de paie et veiller à ce que les paiements soient effectués en temps voulu et avec précision.
Requis
- 7+ ans d’expérience
- 3+ ans d’expérience dans un rôle de Gestionnaire RH / People Operations (ou rôle semblable)
- Capacité à prendre en charge un grand nombre d'employés (plus de 100) sans sacrifier la qualité et le respect des délais de chaque communication.
- Forte intelligence émotionnelle avec une expérience avérée en matière de résolution de conflits et de gestion de situations difficiles.
- Excellente communication (tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral).
- Souci du détail et excellent sens de l'organisation
- Un joueur d'équipe résilient qui est prêt à se retrousser les manches et à montrer l'exemple
- Certification SHRM ou CPHR est un atout

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of People Operations to join our growing team You will play a hands-on role in managing all HR functions at Royal Vet, supporting our medical team while fostering a stellar employee experience. The ideal candidate loves a fast-paced environment, is a collaborative team player, possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys tackling challenges with empathy and thoughtfulness.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, etc.) and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive work environment through regular engagement and feedback initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in both Canada and the USA.
- Manage employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and address any related issues.
Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a People Operations Manager or similar role.
- Bilingual in English and French with fluent proficiencies in both languages.
- Demonstrated ability to support a high volume (100+) of employees without sacrificing the quality and timeliness of each communication.
- Strong EQ with a proven track record of conflict resolution and dealing with difficult situations.
- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal).
- Detail oriented with top-notch organizational skills.
- Resilient team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.
- SHRM or CPHR certification preferred.
