Responsibilities:

  • The Privacy Impact Specialist will be required to perform tasks that include, without being limited to, the following:
  • Review of information and documentation provided by the Project Authority and provide recommendations with respect to information management and compliance with the Privacy Act.
  • Conduct interviews with staff, where required, to document the flow of personal information.
  • Collect information, review documents and conduct interviews with subject matter experts as designated by the Project Authority.
  • Conduct privacy analysis to provide evidence of compliance with privacy principles and to identify privacy risks.
  • Submit all recommendations, in format requested by the Project Authority.
  • Provide a brief status report in writing to the Project Authority on a bi-weekly basis
