## Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

## Duties
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Provide quality customer service to clients and visitors.
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Proofread documents for grammar and spelling accuracy.
- Utilize computer skills to create spreadsheets, compose correspondence, and prepare presentations.

## Experience
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.77-$21.95 per hour

Schedule:
