As our Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing branch operations at our Sudbury and Timmins locations, including technical services delivery and customer support related to our portfolio of fire and life safety services, and solutions. Additional expectations of this role include:


  • Championing safety leadership in all aspects of the operations through regular communication of safety objectives; review of safety performance; and adherence to safety standards, policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring efficient and effective branch operations including management of day to day work as well as multiple projects/contracts of varying scopes and complexity, work schedules, work planning, inventory optimization, work progress, equipment maintenance, work quality and completion of requisite reports and documentation.
  • Reviewing compliance with technical services reporting guidelines including accuracy and timeliness of report completion; responsiveness to identified deficiencies; and proactive scheduling of revisits.
  • Engaging with customers in an effective and timely manner to build meaningful customer relationships and proactively respond to identified issues and concerns.
  • Optimizing local service delivery opportunities and existing client relationships, through identification of opportunities to address additional needs of current clients as well as expand services to new clients, in collaboration and consultation with the branch, business development, sales teams and the Regional Manager.
  • Leading achievement of branch sales and service delivery plans, programs, processes, and other deliverables, in consultation with the Regional Manager.
  • Building, managing, and developing a high performing, cohesive branch team possessing the requisite training, skills, and customer focus to deliver on customer commitments and growth opportunities.
  • Fostering a work environment conducive to open communication, initiative, and team work to maintain high levels of morale and a welcome growth-oriented mindset.

  • Skilled in leading a field service team to deliver top-tier customer service and solutions with high levels of safety focus.

They must also possess the following experience and/or training credentials:

  • Relevant field or operations leadership experience in operations management, fire and life safety services, industrial field services, or related areas.
  • Supervisory, management, leadership or other related training.
  • Experience applying codes, laws, and other regulatory guidelines in the execution of fire protection, technical, or industrial work.
  • Valid drivers license.

En tant que gérant des opérations de la succursale, vous serez responsable de la gestion des opérations de la succursale à Sudbury et à Timmins, y compris la prestation de services techniques et le soutien à la clientèle liés à notre portefeuille de services et de solutions en matière de sécurité incendie et de sécurité des personnes.   • Formation à la supervision, à la gestion, au leadership ou autre formation connexe.
  • Expérience de l'application de codes, de lois et d'autres directives réglementaires dans l'exécution de travaux de protection contre les incendies, de travaux techniques ou de travaux industriels.
  • Permis de conduire valide.
