- Responsible for various deliverables, including requirements documentation, Visio Diagrams, and various MS Excel worksheets.
- Strong proficiency in Technical Flow Diagrams, Functional, and Logical Architecture Designs.
- In-depth understanding of relational databases and database normalization.
- Work closely with developers and other team members to deliver the desired solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following education, experience, and skills:
- Passion for working in a software development environment.
- Prior experience in a large contact center environment as an asset.
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Computer Science, Business Analysis, Database Administration, and Software Programming.
- Proven working experience as a Business Analyst with basic familiarity of project management.
- Can-do attitude. You are happy to take on a wide variety of tasks and projects in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- You can take initiative and are proactive, having a positive influence on the team.
- Self-starter with ability to provide authentic, visual ideas/concepts for consideration.
- Go-getter, someone who is not afraid to try the prototype to drive the conversations towards MVP vs. MLP.
- Results-oriented with the desire to learn and be an active participant of the development team.
- Creative, imaginative, and conceptualist who can present ideas, concepts, and Proof-of-Concept.
