Job Description: Lifeline is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Educator to join our team. As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for our home care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and conduct in-service training for caregivers to ensure ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and standards in home care.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and coach team members to promote an efficient and effective team -based environment.
  • Evaluate the educational needs of staff and develop personalized training plans.
  • Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Previous experience as an Educator considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
