As an analyst on the National Bank Operations team, you’ll contribute to delivering a superior client experience by supporting colleagues, partners and/or clients with our products, systems, and processes. Your Job

  • Analyze and interpret data to accurately carry out various requests
  • Offer excellent customer service to our different partners and/or clients
  • Share your expertise with stakeholders
  • Help develop, implement, and improve new work processes and systems
  • Compile, produce, and analyze a variety of reports and statistics
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules

Basic requirements

  • College diploma or any other equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously
