We are seeking an experienced and innovative IT and Continuous Improvement Specialist to enhance IT operations and drive continuous improvement in our fast-paced fashion business. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing IT processes, boosting efficiency, and ensuring our systems scale to support the company's growth.

With expertise in ERP and EDI systems—particularly Zoho—you will bridge technology with business strategy, drive productivity, and support growth across all departments. This position is ideal for a proactive, results-driven individual ready to shape IT's future within our organization.


Key Responsibilities


Optimize IT Operations:

  • Streamline IT processes and workflows to meet the demands of a dynamic, fast-growing company.

Implement Continuous Improvement:

  • Apply methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to identify and address inefficiencies in IT systems and operations.

Manage Zoho ERP and EDI Systems:

  • Oversee the integration, performance, and optimization of Zoho ERP and EDI systems to ensure seamless operations across departments.

Develop IT Solutions:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions aligned with business objectives.

Support IT Projects:

  • Contribute to strategic projects focusing on improving efficiency, scalability, and the quality of IT operations.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years in IT process management, continuous improvement, or related roles in fast-paced industries.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho ERP and EDI systems, with a proven record in system management and optimization.

Skills & Certifications:

  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (preferred).
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Ce rôle essentiel vise à perfectionner les processus informatiques, à améliorer l’efficacité et à garantir que nos systèmes évoluent pour soutenir la croissance de l’entreprise.

Fort d’une expertise en systèmes ERP et EDI, notamment Zoho, vous jouerez un rôle clé en connectant la technologie à la stratégie commerciale, en augmentant la productivité et en soutenant la croissance dans tous les départements. Ce poste s’adresse à une personne proactive et orientée vers les résultats, prête à façonner l’avenir de l’informatique au sein de notre organisation.


Responsabilités principales


Optimiser les opérations informatiques :Rationaliser les processus et flux de travail informatiques pour répondre aux exigences d’une entreprise en forte croissance.

Mettre en œuvre l’amélioration continue :Utiliser des méthodologies comme Lean et Six Sigma pour identifier et résoudre les inefficacités des systèmes et opérations informatiques.

Gérer les systèmes Zoho ERP et EDI :Superviser l’intégration, la performance et l’optimisation des systèmes Zoho ERP et EDI pour assurer des opérations fluides entre les départements.

Développer des solutions informatiques :Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions IT alignées sur les objectifs de l’entreprise.

Soutenir les projets IT :Contribuer à des projets stratégiques visant à améliorer l’efficacité, l’évolutivité et la qualité des opérations informatiques.

Qualifications

Formation :Diplôme universitaire en informatique, génie informatique, gestion des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.


Expérience :

  • 3 à 5 ans ou plus d’expérience en gestion des processus IT, amélioration continue ou postes similaires dans des secteurs à forte dynamique.
  • Expérience pratique des systèmes Zoho ERP et EDI, avec une réussite avérée dans leur gestion et optimisation.


Compétences et certifications :

  • Certifications en Lean, Six Sigma ou autres méthodologies d’amélioration des processus (souhaitées).
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet, analyse et communication.
