About the team and the role:

As part of your role, you own the CRM growth strategy, marketing roadmap, and the development of programmatic always-on campaigns from briefing to execution. You are part of the global C2C CRM team and report to the Director of C2C Activation. As this role is new, you can build the foundation and create a globally scalable growth program for C2C sellers. At the start, you are supported by one campaign manager. Together you create personalized and scalable customer journeys. You test and learn fast and use AB tests to optimize the programs and scale their impact.

Our team is passionate about our customers, and therefore, we work closely with the customer insight team to understand our sellers' needs, motivations, and barriers. Our briefings are centered on customer problems and have clearly defined campaign objectives. You partner with our agency and challenge them to develop powerful creatives and copy.

What you will accomplish:
  • Build marketing strategies and CRM experiences to grow and retain lifetime value from our existing sellers.
  • Partner with our Seller Experience product organization to launch new selling features and drive their adoption via CRM journeys.
  • Work with the marketing ops and technology team to implement trigger-based campaigns.
  • Represent C2C Activation organization with US Leadership team.
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of campaigns with AB tests.
  • Share insights and takeaways with the broader team.
